What exactly is a prior salvaged title?

I was looking around at vehicles a few days ago and
noticed that for sale one said it has a "prior salvaged title".
Does that mean rebuilt or whatever? I also saw the damage
of what it looked like when it was given that title but its
since been repaired from what I can tell.

You have got to be the most worthless person when it comes to answering questions where people ask for input or help. Why should it matter if its a prior salvaged vehicle if there are no other issues with it!

Salvaged cars always have issues. Many of those issues show up later. If you want bad advice then ask someone else.
