Have you checked your clutch fluid? Could be a failure in the slave cylinder. What does your clutch pedal feel like when engaged? Many factors to consider. Does the Master Cylinder have fluid in it? If it's leaking check down on the floor (might have to pull the carpet back) and see if there are any leaks where the master cylinder rod comes through the firewall. If you have clutch and you just can't get it into gear at all it could be clutch failure. With the vehicle turned off can you engage gears?
