My transmission wont shift

I just change my transmission n fluid and it still wont shift
out of 1st gear what else can it be

Level may not be up to where it should be. Some cars/trucks say to have the engine running in park and older ones may say in neutral. Either way it may not be up to the full mark. Since you did not mention what vehicle you have most responses can only give a guess in the dark. Good Luck!
