Fake inquiries

Why does this site have so many fake users?

8-10 responses to 2 cars for sale.  Only 2-3
are actual people.  The rest are boiler plate
inquiries that do not respond when i do.

This is a pretty weak service.  It is not
managed at all for junk and robots.

We are having the same problem. Get email inquiries from cargurus we reply to them surprisingly never get an answer. We have also noticed so many posts about cargurus sending so many fake emails to keep dealers on the hook . I recommend all dealers share this with each other and complaint about it. Where to complaint ? Cargurus will never accept responsibility just like rate hikes no listening .
