Oil light

Hi there, can someone please help me. I
have
an Opel Corsa utility 1.4 2008 model. It
keeps
on showing the red oil light on the
dashboard.

If you've checked the oil level and it's proper, the light's on due to a defective pressure sending unit or low oil pressure. Have this checked NOW, and if it is low pressure, most likely, it's the oil pump and/or pressure relief valve. Could be worn-out crankshaft and bearings.
