Over priced cars on a car lot

How  is it that  a car  dealship can over price  ther
cars 1,500 to 8,000 dollars  over & get away with it  
?????

Apparently not everyone agrees with you. If they sold no cars they would be out of business,

People who can't afford to buy a car outright often resort to financing overpriced cars as there aren't many other options for them. Those small used car lots acquire inventory from auctions like Manheim or IAAI, put a sticker price on it 2 or 3 grand over what they paid, then make another 2 grand in finance fees on the back end from the loan originators. It's all legal and you would be surprised what people agree to pay because they often don't know any better.
