how to report a bad dealer on your site?

Question type: General

I like your sight but some dealers have FEES on the price listed.  I understand
tax and tags but thinks like cleaning, 3M coating, Doc fees....  this should be in
the price that is posted....  with this add on fees it is impossible to compare one
care for $16k vs another for $16k.  Drove 100 miles to learn this lesson.  This is
an easy fix for Car Gurus...

This doesn't necessarily make them a bad dealer unless you purchased from them. Complain to the dealer or the Secretary of State. Here's a helpful link: https://cargurus.helpscoutdocs.com/category/193-dealer-reviews-faq

This dies make them a bad dealer. I had an experience last night and I’d like to report the dealer as bad. I will advise the dealer to “give them the opportunity to make right” as they had me sign an agreement to, but bad business practices need to be called out as that. Bad business and buyers need to be made aware before stepping foot into these places.
