How do I complain about a dealer

Dealer pricing on cargurus does not match dealership prices

I have the same question.. I went to buy a car today and the price listed on the car was $2000 more then the price advertised on cargurus. When I told them I like to get the internet price, they said it is only a cash price... (but they advertise it differently)
