Iam trying to buy a 2005 Sebring with 50,000 miles
im wondering if it could of been turned by have alot
of more miles then what it shows on dash
Turning back a speedometer isn't something that can be done today. If you're concerned, ask to see any records, like maintenance or registration, that show intervals of mileage that present a pattern to confirm miles on the car. It is possible to replace a speedometer/odometer and deceive a customer, but I don't think that would apply to a $4,000 car; maybe a $100,000 car.
