Since the 6.6 liter Duramax is the only one that GMC has available, I'm going to say to have it built to larger specs or get yourself a chip. There's a lot of power chips available. Shop. Research. Find which one does what you need.I'm going to eventually get one for mine. It has settings for all modes including tow, "race" or power off the fly with limited turbo drag. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of it but you'll be paying around $350 and up for a good quality computer chip.

Increase the boost a bit and you will gain significant power, just don't over do it.
