Tried -  Bezel diagnostics - no results - still locked

If you find out anything to get this corrected other than taking it to a dealer please let me know and I will do the same. Ford was not helpful about this issue, they told me to take it to a dealer, I don't feel as though I should have to pay to get this fixed, they should be able to help with this issue.
