How do I leave a dealer review?

I had a bad experience with two dealers on this website and I want to leave a review

If you contacted the dealer through CarGurus, you will receive a message within 7 days asking for your review. Please follow the link on the email to write your review.

If you call the number in their ad there is to record of the call!!!! What a sham!

I was also shamed to the max. All -Let me do this and that and these and those until the money gets there and then YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. HA HA HA. Bought a vehicle on 11/23/20 and STILL NO information on the title. I know I can't use the Dealers name but if you are looking for a vehicle in Louisville Kentucky-be VERY careful !!!
