Engines internal pressure is too high, check the PCV system for proper operation, if it is operating properly then the most likely suspect is the rings, they are allowing too much combustion pressure to escape down into the block, run a cylinder leak down test to verify, if so its time for a rebuild of the engine or replacement. Another option is to unload it while it's still running, but don't buy another Hyundai, or a Kia, Mistubushi used, nothing but trouble.
