three passenger windows do not go up or down

I ran the battery out yesterday.  My husband got the car to start today but the
passenger windows do not go up or down.  We turned on the ignition and held
the windows down for two seconds at each door but nothing happened.
What can we do?  Thank you  the car is a 2005 RX300

I suspect you have to program the window switches. A Lexus or Toyota dealer can do it for you.
