Coils on 2007 Lexus ES 350

Howdy I have a 2007 Lexus ES 350 one of my coils
in car needed to be replaced 500. at Toyota Dealer.
Since that new coil replaced, car runs rough like it
needs a tune up. Replacing the other 5 Coils. But I
only see 3 coils in front. Where might the other
three be?

Toyota has 3 plugs on the rightside "back" firewall side of the 3.5 engine last one I did I think i removed the intake manifold black thermo Plastic com. Not very hard to do $500 standard labor fee
