no ground to 98 ram 1500 crank sensor

is it honestly the wiring from ecu to connector of the brand new crank sensor
causing a no ground issue or a bad ecu crank sensor  new cam sensor new
engine coil new wires ( plug ) new redone chassey ground  redone engine
block ground removed and cleaned fuse / relay board what is this no ground
problem  need my truck back running  HELP  PLEASE !!
