When they installed it did they use a battery saver?

If they didn't use a battery saver you may have to have it towed to a dealership and have the ECM reset.

yes, the young man plugged in what was supposed to be a battery saver, and I have had car towed in, and waiting on the ECM reset, and now technician is allowing this could take over 2 days to be done, I think I need another shop

If this was taken to a dealer it would take no more than an hour to reset the system.
