Note the diagram for passenger window. You see red wire with white tracer, that is voltage from circuit breaker to passenger door module. Is that circuit hot? I don't know what testing you have done? See the connector, in diagram, between window motor and module, Use digital multimeter between the wires that go to the module, operate switch, do you get a voltage reading? In my opinion, the window motors are 12 volt system. It might be possible to use jumper wires from battery for voltage and ground to window motor, to see if motor will operate? Use an inline fuse just to be safe. It's a reversing motor, so you can reverse the leads. There are trouble codes for window system, manufacturer specific codes. Check the codes? Just my opinion.
