Car turns off when Connecting MAF

My ML320 used to want to die once everytime I would go somewhere but
then would run fine till one day it would not I replaced the MAF,Fuel Pump &
Filter Crank sensor and it starts but will not Idle I disconnect the MAF it will
Idle and drive but hesitates for a while but eventually gets up to speed. I
have also loosend the Exhaust to make sure it was not a clogged Catylitic
Converter. Any Ideas on what else it may be
