Hi guys, Is that possible? To put 454 crate engine on 79 chevy truck K20 4*4 has a 400 engine 6.6L!

Yes it's possible, But you will need to get 454 exhaust manifolds/headers, water pump, pulleys, accessory brackets, and some other various minor things.

Do I need to do anything for the transmission!! However, the transmission is auto.

You don't need to do anything to the transmission. The big block and small block transmissions were exactly the same. The 400 small block that came in your truck was only paired with the TH400 transmission. That will handle plenty of torque. The 454 will even be ok with the TH350 but not the best choice for the application.
