Don't go cheap. It wil cost you more in the long run. And what ever you do DO NOT START IT!!!!! The water is at the bottom of the fuel tank right now. You will have to get it out some how. I wounder if you can somehow tap into the fuel filter or fuel/water separator. Someone who has one of those will chime in and give you more information. But for now. Do not start it. Good luck.

drain the tank- is there a drain plug? if not, siphon it, leave the cap off, let it evaporate or just take the tank out and clean it-

you could simply use the fuel pump to suck it out just disconnect the fuel line and turn the key up and down. the prime should drain it out but it will probably take a while this way. you could also stick a hose down in the tank threw the filler area if there is no screen you can use a gas can pumper to pump it out
