What fluids should I use?

Question type: General

I am building my first 79 chevy k20 and I want to
do the drive train right so I'm asking if anyone has
a list of recommended fluids for the truck like
antifreeze, oil , trans ,diff etc.

For a new engine and rebuilt drive train components I would use synthetic fluids from name brands like Castrol etc.
