1993 ramcharger 4x4 question

can anyone help! i have a 1993 ramcharger 360 auto 4x4 . the 4x4 quit working . i got underneath it and found 2 rubber vacuum lines that were melted into on the back of the motor . ok i traced one to the transfer case and the other went to the plastic ball resivor on the drivers side fram that goes to the accuator on front axel . ok can anyone tell me where the go or are they both connected together or separate or connect in different areas on the motor  thanks a million!

One goes to the vacuum tree on the manifold and one goes to the front drive axle provided someone hasn't changed the front axle to a locker axle
