Would it be possible to take my 2wd 96 dodge ram and put it onto a 4wd chassis?
Also if it is, how much would it cost? and what sort of problems could i run into?

More trouble than it is worth. Buy the 4x4 version and repair as necessary. You'll save your sanity in the long haul. /RZ
