front end on left side hammers up and down after going over a rough bump at 65 70 mph only on the drivers side it does stop when i slow way down then is ok till i hit another bridge seam then look out

2004 dodge 3500 4x4 deisel

how do i fix it had the ball joints replaced and also put new shocks on the front.  
Could the coil spring be weak??
