just wanted to know if ignition module is with the electronic control unit

I'm going to say/guess "no". Ignition modules are (usually/always) next to the coil. But idk how old your 250 is either or if it matters for carb/efi. Your ECU is probably under the dash.

It's a le 150 dodge power ram 1989. Cannot find the ignition control module
