I have a 1998 Dodge Neon it keeps overheating straight from normal temp. To running Hot. How can I fix this?

I have already changed the thermostat, New
oxygen sensors, new fuel pump, the list
goes on and on new computer and wiring
harness.

have you replaced the thermostat? flushed the cooling system? fans running?
