I have a 06 Trailblazer XLT with a 4.2L engine.

The other day I went to have a tire repaired and as the Tech was backing the
vehicle out of the parking space, it died. Now the vehicle will not crank or come
out of park.  It still has all power (charged battery) and a new starter. Would this
be the Neutral Safety Switch going bad?

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Do the brake lites work? My first thought was shift interlock, note the diagram, You can see the fuses. The neutral switch is part of that system. Some makes and models, there is a shift interlock bypass, you press the button, then shift into neutral, with parking brake set. You owners manual should have this info, where applicable. Just something to check?
