Check for any codes first. Fix those first. Then if you have a throttle body then you don't have a carburetor, try spraying a little starting fluid down the intake and see if it will just fire up even briefly, if it does then you have a fuel delivery problem if it doesn't then you have a spark problem. If it fired for a second or two, then check for injector power and injector pluse from the computer, if no power look for a blown injector fuse, if not pluse check the cam and crank sensors for a good waveform, if those check good and still no pluse then you either have a bad ECM or a wiring issue. Next check for fuel pressure, this is a higher than normal system so you will need the proper fuel pressure tester. If you have low or no fuel pressure, check the fuel pump fuse and relay, then for power and grounds for the fuel pump at the tank, if you have power and grounds but still low or no pressure repalce the fuel pump, filter, and relay, that should bring your pressure back to specs.
