The brake lights, blinkers and hazard light all quit working at the same time, what do I need to do?

This is a Chevy Sliverado 1500 truck 1989.  Is it a fuse, for this to all quit working at the same time.  Got stopped by a cop, the only reason I knew this had happened.  Everything else works great.  Just put a new battery in about two weeks ago.

Look for a blown fuse and then investigate why the fuse blew out. Probably a short to ground in the wiring somewhere. Could be in a trailer light socket or somewhere else.
