I would only do it in a Flex Fuel vehicle. Plus not having a Cat is Illegal in most places and you can be fined up to $5000. Not judging just letting you know.

it probably won't run right... and if it does, your gas milage is likely to go for a _____.... It probably isn't a good idea... E85 should only be run in engines that can handle it... if you look at your owners manual, you'll probably find it says somthing like do not use fuel containing 10-15% Ethanol...

E85 has several effects... 1) It eats many rubber compounds that were formerly vary common.... IE it's a fire hazard as using it can lead to fuel leaks.. 2) It eats organic compounds so any cork gaskets goto hell FAST... 3) Timing curve is different when using E85... flex fuel vehicles have a sensor that tells the ECU to switch timing curves, if memory serves generally it's a retard of 5-8% which means it's likely to avoiding pinging and related damage. These are just what I know off my head... I hadn't heard of anything about cats though so there is obviously more to it, likely diffrent EGT's.
