my Chevrolet lumina temperature going high

my car Chevrolet  Lumina  2006 my problem is temperature little little going high up to red
indication.when temp going high that time i'm suddenly stop the car and check all water
came out from the radiator. i'm already clean the raidtor also.i dont know what is the
problem.please give me the suggestion what we can do.

Replace your thermostat. After thermostat replacement, take car for a test run and make sure that your cooling fans are kicking on. You will most likely find that it's just a bad thermostat.
