Call a Chevy dealer with your VIN number and ask about a recall. Save your receipts so you might get reimbursed IF there is a recall.

Or check out the vehicles history report, you should have received a notice in the mail if there was one open.

Need to know what the bulletin # is, if anyone has it. Thank you please send to ghadlick7@yahoo.com. I have had this feeling that my dealer wasn't up front with me.

What dealers do is fix it with your dollar and then also submit a request to be reimbursed by the factory for the same job. It's called "Double Dipping" and I call it fraud if it really happened. The VW dealer did that to my Dad for an ignition coil. Your repair was far more expensive. I don't have a bulletin number but if you call several more dealers, you may get to the bottom of it. Don't mention that you have done any repairs yet. Good Luck

You can send your request to vehicletitleadvisor@gmail but there is a fee.

The equinox 2011 does have problems with the engine and nobody wants to admit to it so everyone is stuck paying for it themselves and it sucks
