Which cylinder is #2 on an analyzer

The #2 injector on my 2007 cobalt is not firing I have been told the numbers
are from right to left but someone wrote 2 1 3 4 on the plug connectors. which
one is right.

#2 is second one from passenger side of engine.

o if the OBD says misfire of cylinder No.2 which one do I replace? by order of fireing or numerically?
