My 2004 Chevy Cavalier the air conditioning coils as long as the vehicles moving if I'm sitting still it does not pull what could be the problem?

You have a fan that's not working. I would like to help you out. How many fans do you have. Do/does it come on when the ac is on If your answer is 1 or 2 fans and yes it's on with the ac is on. Your issue is a temp sensor has gone bad
