Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have gas and power. The car turns over but wont start. Im guessing a fuel system
problem. Can I diagnose the problem at home without a scan tool?

By power, do you mean your able to have the engine turn over? Three things are needed to ignite the gas inside the cylinder. Air, Gas, and Spark. Check to see if there is spark at the plugs. You may have a computer module that conked out. Have you done any work on the engine just before it refused to fire off? If so, check for any lose or broken wires. Are the injectors pumping gas into the cylinders or intake?
