Have a 1995 Blazer 4wd needs transmission can l replace it with a 2000 Chevy s10 2wd transmission

Nope, no way that will work, 4WD trannies and different than 2WD trannies, and you also have two totally different operating systems, 95 is ODB1 and the 2000 is OBD2.
