92 chevy full size blazer. once started runs great. once shut off will not start with out a jump.

once cools down may or may not start with out a jump.  replaced, starter,
altenator, and even replaced water pump thought it was running to hot. since
smelled really hot. replace wiring from ingition switch to starter replaced all
ground wires and every thing is tight, keep in mind each time  we replaced the
altenator, starter, battery still same problem  any clues anyone

hummm..lets start with the starter solenoid..have you tried to by pass it ?
