Mercedes Benz c300 won't stasrt

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Steering column is locked. It's not the battery radio
works but car windows will not roll down. Put key in
and dashboard with miles light up that's it. Check
engine light came on two days before. Never had a
problem before
