no start

1986 300e gas  car turns over but wont start i changed plugs wires cap rotor coil (used coil) fuel dist block checked all fuses any ideas?

update; we found out the car was getting too much fuel it was drownding the plugs

hi u must start as below 1 check fuel 2 check spark &ignition system 3 start engine without feed of fuel by elevation the box of power of the fuel pumps & put it back suddenly when the engine start running 4 it must start if u do all u took about
