heater core bypass

where  do I cut the hose to bypass heater core

There should be 2 small hoses coming from the engine block going into the firewall and then to the heater core- one is a return line- just try to get one hose to connect both of those pipes from the engine- that way you have a closed loop coming OUT of the engine and back INTO the engine- be careful when you do this and watch the temperature on your test drive- it is easy to get air into the system doing this- and understand, you are doin' some unauthorized messin' around and don't blame me if somethin' goes wrong-
