your best bet is to buy a cold air intake its cheap and simple so you could install it your self in under an hour. it also has the ability to make your car more fuel efficent. A chip and exhuast will help but those are a little more expensive. Those are your cheapest and easiest mods to make your car go fast. Also removing weight from the car helps a lot as well. every one hundred pounds the car loses is like it gains 10 horsepower

Rate of acceleration is loosely determined by how much weight your given amount of power has to move - power/weight ratio. This can be increased in two ways - Increase power, which generally costs money. - Reduce weight - costs time. Reducing weight gives a better result percentage wise ie increasing power by 10% will have a lesser effect on the power/weight ratio than by reducing the weight by 10%.

unless you drop some cash you arent going to see a difference. by just adding a CAI youre not going see any difference. the only way your going to see any difference in acceleration is by A) reducing the weight of the car B) droppping the money to get mroe than just a couple small mods or C) change the gear ratios. if you can put a different differential on the car it you can make it accelerate much faster by adding zero power or lightening the vehicle. problem is by putting lower gearing you youre also going to see a reduced mpg. my suggestion is adding more hp by these upgrades. CAI, chip, exhaust, and thermostat. all these together will get you what you want. and when i say exhaust i dont mean a fart can muffler. i mean header, cat, and muffler. full system. plus all these together will increase your mileage. but its not going to be cheap

what you are looking for unfortunately it is impossible. Honda maker made it like that which is a stupid idea. The only way is to buy a stronger Honda car. I suffer from the same problem
