tire sizing

I am trying to buy some used tires for my car from craigslist, specifically
snow tires.  I have found many tires that are very close , but not the exact
size. I have 195, 60  15's.  And have found some that are the next size wider  
at 205  and some that are the next size narrower at 185.  Also have found
some that  are a bit taller at 65  and a bit shorter at 55.  Would any of these
differences cause any issues other than speedometer accurac

Compare the OEM tire size to the new sizes and stay within plus or minus 3%. https://tiresize.com/calculator/
