2011 Honda Accord not firing correctly

New speak plugs ; timing belt changed. Mechanics
check said they couldn't find anything wrong

If you paid a shop to change the timing belt then it's on them to make the timing right. Is it running and just out of tune, or is the firing order actually off?

Firing is off.
