Lexus engine fan fluid

The fan fluid in my lexus SC400 is low. What kind of fluid can I use to refill the fan fluid?

The best will be mobil synthetic ATF, as that fluid gets hot and breaks down. It calls for standard ATF, but the synthetic is well worth it.

I have a 1995 sc400 lexus. What do i put in it that says. ENGINE FAN FLUID? Its located under the hood. What liquid? Water? Oil? Ext.
