Anyone have a GS400 with a charging problem?

My car loses charge when the a/c is on and at idle but is ok when the revs are up..any ideas on the problem?

Hey guys I am having the same issue with a gs300 it is a 2002 and so far i have not been able to find an answer.. HELPPPP....

this sounds like a dodgy regulator on the altenator. Possibly a dropped or shorting winding. just be aware that the blower motor for the A/C is one of the highest current draw items in your car. also get your battery checked as a failing of one can cause a failing of the other.
