Fuel system ?

1994 saturn sl2 wont go over 40 mph after replacing radiator an upper an
lower hoses and a tranny line and tranny filter, never did this before that, after
40 - 45 mph it bogs down like its sufficating, need help resolving issue, plz

A big mistake people make when changing transmission fluid and filter is they for get to remove old gasket to filter and install new filter with gasket and it is not getting a good seal and is sucking in air instead of transmission fluid not saying that is your problem but it does happen often.
