Is there a way to pump up the system if the car is not running ?

Need to tow a car that is in the lowest position.

The car does not need to be running to pump up the suspension just turning on the key with a fully charged battery will do it, once the suspension's compressor kicks off then turn off the switch in the trunk and that will let you tow it.
