Question type: Car Customization

I had the air suspension replaced with normal springs and it seems it vibrates alot now, is this normal. or maybe its just tighter suspension,  anyone else out there have this, I thought it was my tires out of balance.

Did you have the tires balanced and inspected? Your air shocks may have dampened the vibration from the tires.

i did the swap on a 99 town car presidential pulled the air shocks and replaced with crownvic rear springs and it was also had a very rough ride i think its just that your changing from very good suspension to crappy lol but lot cheaper.

I replaced the air with springs on my car and i think it rides great. Its a little bit of a newer feeling in the ride but I have to admit I liked the price and the product. I dont know where you got your springs from but I ordered with Strutmasters.com and havent had any problems with it at all.

I'm having problems with ride harshness on my 2000 town car its been converted to springs and i replaced the upper ball joints got 4 new tires and alignment and still rides harsh
