its over heating replaced the heat sencor and thermast but still over heating what else could it be even flushed it

Try replacing the thermostat again, but get a Motorcraft (OEM) thermostat from the dealer or Ford Parts. The aftermarket ones are slightly smaller and don't open up all the way and cause overheating. Even though the parts say they fit the Mark VIII, they don't sit right on the housing. Trust me on this one and good luck with the repair.
